Commission pieces are available! Please email me to discuss. Prices for commission pieces are based on size and subject, and will be discussed with you prior to contract. Updates will be sent along the way to be sure we are going in the right direction. As always, if you are unhappy with the final product you can return for full refund less shipping costs (see Returns and Refunds).
We accept payment by most major credit cards or by PayPal. All prices are in Canadian dollars. I respect your privacy and will never sell, loan, trade or give away personal information. This site does not store payment information on site or in its databases. Please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Shipping is through Canada Post Expedited Parcel and is dependant on size and location. Because of that fact, I WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE SHIPPING PRICE AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. Most orders will ship within 2 business days after order placement. I will email you at the time of shipping. All shipments are insured. If you prefer another shipping method (Fed-ex, Purolator or DHL) please indicate at the time of ordering. Additional charges may apply.
Enter LOCAL16 in the coupon box when checking out if you would like to pick up your painting. This will ensure you are not charged shipping.
International shipping is available. Please contact me for rates prior to placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Because I want you to love your painting in your space, all paintings are returnable within 30 days in same condition it was sent. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and payment (less original shipping cost) will be refunded after painting is received in good condition.
Workshop Legal and Cancellation Policy
Registration is valid through website unless previous arrangements have been made with me.
Should you wish to pay with cash or e transfer rather than credit card, you must email or private message me via IG or FB Messenger prior to registering so we can work out details.
If you need to cancel for any reason anytime up to 24 hr before class starts, there will be a 100% refund.
There will be no refunds for no-shows. We can work out a credit or another class date if you contact (email or text) me prior to the class.
If Donna Hanson Artworks cancels the class, a 100% refund will be issued for the cost of the class and/or another date will be arranged with the students.
Encaustic classes use materials that require safety protocols (hot wax, heat guns and torches). These protocols will be discussed with attendees at the beginning of class.
Attendees of classes at Donna Hanson Artworks Studio waive all claims against Donna Hanson, Donna Hanson Artworks for any injuries, damages, illness, or loss of any kind that might be sustained while attending a class.
