SALVAGED MEMORIES

I am drawn to the lost, the forgotten, the torn and yellowed items of the past. I find there is beauty in the these forgotten ephemera and I love the story that is created when they are brought together with paste and sealed with wax. 
Encaustic collage assemblage made up of personalized documents, historical papers, vintage keepsakes and photos. 
 
How Does it Work? 
You send me copies of personal memorabilia, photos, documents, letters, or other keepsakes that make up your story. I will combine these memories with bits of my own salvaged ephemera and layers of beeswax to create a personalized one-of-a-kind painting, making a wonderful gift for someone special or just for yourself.
