Etchings - Stems and Leaves

This modular encaustic is created by working on 3 birch panels simultaneously using ink relief drawings, etching and glazes and opaque encaustic paints.  The 3 panels are then glued together to make a cohesive painting.    
Size: 6X6/4X6/10X10 inches modular on Cradled Birch Panel. 
Total size is 10 x 16 inches.  
The 1.5” deep sides are waxed natural color. 
Medium: Encaustic (Beeswax, Damar, Pigment, Oil Stick, Oil Pastel, Ink, Shellac)
